Nursing Home Patient Removed From Facility For Abuse

A nursing home patient living in a nursing home for three years has been removed from the facility after sexually abusing another patient. The patient performing the sex act was known for fondling the nursing home staff and his own body. However, he was still allowed to abuse another patient while at the facility.

Police are pressing charges against the patient, who they say is fully in his right mind. However, the victimized patient was disabled from Parkinson's disease and was unable to push his abuser away at the time of the incident. For more, read the story.
