A nursing home patient has filed a lawsuit after suffering abuse from a nursing home facility security guard. The security guard struck the patient who had Alzheimer's. He hit her in the face, causing her to fall.
As a result, the patient suffered bruises to her face and torso. The security guard was charged on four counts, including assault in the second degree. For more, read the story.
