Nursing Home Patients Displaced After Fire Breaks Out

Forty-nine patients have been moved to a nearby assisted living after a fire broke out in a nursing home. The fire broke out in a laundry room causing sprinkler systems to initiate. Patients were evacuated and at least one patient was noted as injured.

Patients were placed on emergency cots donated from the Red Cross. Water damage from the sprinklers will leave the patients displaced for awhile. For more, read the story.
