A nursing home has been cited for placing patients in “immediate jeopardy”. Overall there were 22 deficiencies cited, 3 being at the level of “immediate jeopardy”. A local advocacy group has publicized the state survey noting concerns of worsening care over time.
“We're trying to make the public aware of what is going on in our nursing homes and let people know that they have a choice about where to go if they need one,” said a local attorney. For more, read the story.
