Nursing Home Patients In Immediate Jeopardy

A nursing home has been cited for placing patients in “immediate jeopardy”. Overall there were 22 deficiencies cited, 3 being at the level of “immediate jeopardy”. A local advocacy group has publicized the state survey noting concerns of worsening care over time.
