Nursing Home Patients Offered The Chance To Celebrate Christmas

Some residents at assisted living facilities and nursing homes are being offered the opportunities to celebrate Christmas despite the absence of loved ones. Activities directors are working to provide holiday meals and activities for patients to enjoy. Carolers singing through the homes and visits to light displays are some of the items on the calendar.

Patients are also being adopted to ensure the delivery of Christmas gifts. Get togethers with families including punch and cookies will also be offered. These are all helpful ways to help nursing home patients enjoy the holidays where they are. For more, read the story
