A group of high school students in a special program preparing them for medical professions came to sing for nursing home patients. The students brought a guitar and sang Christmas carols to help celebrate the season. Students in the program are required to have additional science courses to enroll in the program and have an interest in the medical profession.
The students involved in the program enjoy and appreciate the opportunity. “This immerses them in an authentic healthcare setting,” said a program instructor. For more, read the story.
