Nursing home patients participated in a contest for the best artwork produced by nursing home patients. The patients who won the contest made dolls for their nurses. The dolls took over two weeks to stuff and sew, but the nursing home patients enjoyed the task.
“We celebrate the soul of the artist…as the largest art show for elders anywhere in the world,” said the CEO of the art show. Other entries included jewelry, drawings, paintings and photography. For more, read the story.
