Nursing Home Pays $500,000 For Medicating Residents For Easier Management

The lawsuit alleged that the nursing home prescribed a woman heavy doses of anti-psychotic and anti-anxiety drugs without cause, leading her condition to deteriorate. According to her nephew staff said she was given the drugs “to keep her in bed.” For more, read the story.
