Government officials raided a nursing home for documents on grounds it diverted $4 million of the facility’s funds. Union workers accused the nursing home of moving their retirement funds before claiming bankruptcy. The workers filed claims against the nursing home when funds when missing from pay check stubs.
Workers also accused the CFO of the company of diverting their pay check wages to himself and a religious charity. The owners of the nursing home deny the allegations. For more, read the story.
