Nursing Home Ratings Show Room For Improvement In One State

Twenty-five percent of the nursing home facilities in one state received the lowest quality rating possible. The facilities received only one star when the maximum is five stars. The ratings are an important tool for families to use when selecting nursing homes for loved ones.
