Police are investigating a case of alleged elder abuse after they were contacted by a nursing home about an 86-year-old resident found with injuries to her head. The nursing home also called the woman’s daughter and told her that her mother had “taken a blow to the head.”
The daughter believes her mother was punched in the head by an employee. Police and the facility are both completing investigations of the incident. Details have not yet been released. For more, read the story.
