According to police, three elderly nursing home residents have accused fellow residents of sexually assaulting them while at the facility. Detectives are investigating the claims that two male patients sexually assaulted the three female residents.
The facility is also conducting an internal investigation of the incidents. Police have not filed any charges in connection with the incident and the facility states that at least one of the residents involved is no longer at the facility. The assault allegations were reported to the police as well as the State Department of Health who are both investigating. The three woman range in age from 53 to 75 years old.
