A nursing home has been accused of posting positive reviews about the facility under the names of their patients. There is question about whether the patients were even involved in the reviews, and if so to what degree. Everyone has dementia at the facility, so it came as a shock to the patient's son who allegedly wrote the review.
“My mother can not talk, she has severe dementia. When she does talk she's asked me to get her out of the home. She wouldn't have used words like “cosy”, and would certainly have no idea if the home was good value for money or not. To me this is nothing short of a misrepresentation of my mother,” said her son.
