A nursing home has settled with the family of a loved one who died. A wrongful death lawsuit was filed stating that the nursing home patient in the nursing home's care receive psychotropic drugs when he should not have received them. The patient suffered from dementia, but did not have a mental illness that would have warranted the drugs.
