Nursing Home Surveys Reveal Citations and Fines

Nursing home facilities in one state received citations and fines ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. The nursing homes failed to properly prevent falls, treat patients' injuries, prevent stage IV pressure ulcers, among other failures. The nursing home citations were rated as level “A” violations.
