Nursing Home Under Investigation By State Attorney General's Office

A state attorney general is investigating a nursing home after multiple incidents of abuse and mistreatment were reported. The facility had complaints involving death and a missing person. A local news station reported the incidents with the daughter of a loved one sharing her “heart-wrenching” experience. 

The state department of health is investigating code violations as well. The facility has self-reported 39 incidents just this year according to a nursing home spokesperson. For more, read the story
