According to police, a man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly had sexual contact with an elderly nursing home resident. The 71-year-old suspect allegedly had sexual contact with an acquaintance who resides at the facility.
Police say a staff member at the home walked into the patient’s room during the act and alerted authorities. The man was visiting the facility at the time. After an investigation, the man has been charged with endangerment of an incompetent or physically disabled person and second-degree sexualabuse. For more, read the story.
