Whistleblowers who brought forth allegations in a lawsuit are all due about $10 million each as part of a settlement for fraud. A nursing home company was accused and found guilty of getting its employees to falsify records in order to document patients as other than terminal. Patients with terminal illnesses were not eligible for certain types of care that would provide reimbursements to the nursing home company.
