Nursing Home Worker Arrested For Identity Theft Of Patient

A nursing home worker and her son have been arrested for identity theft of a patient. The mother took the information from the patient and gave the information to her son. He opened a credit card in the patient's name and spent over $1,400.

Both the nursing home worker and her son were charged with second-degree identity theft which is a felony. The nursing home worker's son was also charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records. For more, read the story.
