After a two-year investigation a nursing home worker has been charged on three counts for sexually assaulting a nursing home patient. The nursing home patient reported an assault at the time the incident took place, however, she was unable to identify her assaulter. Through police investigation and forensic evidence from the incident, the perpetrator was eventually identified.
The nursing home worker faces charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and official misconduct. He is now in jail on these charges. For more, read the story.
