Nursing Home Wrongful Death Concealment Ends In Fine & Settlement

A nursing home lawsuit ended when the nursing home owners pleaded guilty to covering up the death of a patient. The patient died when a respiratory failed to plug in the ventilator when the patient went to sleep. Nine staff members were involved in the wrongful death concealment. uThe family filed a lawsuit with the desire that someone from the nursing home would apologize.
