The widow of a nursing home patient has filed a lawsuit for wrongful death against a nursing home corporation. The patient was admitted with the understanding that the nursing home was responsible for his care. After the patient was allowed to suffer falls, dehydration, pneumonia, weight loss, and fractures, the patient died. T
