A patient in a nursing home suffered from malnutrition, pressure ulcers, infections, dehydration, weight loss, and a broken arm based on lack of care. As a result the patient died, bringing the family to file a wrongful death lawsuit. Other lawsuits of a similar nature have also been brought against the same nursing home facility.
