Nursing Homes Facing Large Fines Turnover Leadership

A group of nursing homes running under the leadership of a non-profit group will turnover to new leadership soon. Three of the 20 facilities received fines of up to $1.2 million for violating standards of care. The facilities fell into financial hardship and required reallocation of leadership in order to survive. 

One of the facilities dealing with financial struggles failed to make rent payments for three months totaling $10.5 million. For more, read the story
