Nursing homes are noting funneling of profits to sister companies while facilities run short on staffing and supplies. Nursing home patients are suffering the effects of the shortage of supplies and staffing with injuries and development of bed sores. One facility had a patient who suffered from bed sores at a nursing home with a shortage of supplies according to nurse testimony.
