Nursing Homes To See More Difficulty Reducing Fines For Neglect

Nursing homes in one state will find it more difficult to prevent fines when cited for nursing home abuse and neglect of patients. The state is passing a law to prevent working around hefty fines that come with citations. The state has low ranking nursing homes and advocates for better care desire to see improvement.
