Another patient’s abuse has been caught on camera. The 90-year-old nursing home patient is seen crying for help as her caregiver is recorded assaulting the woman for whom she should be providing care. The video also portrays neglect of care.
Upon revelation of the family’s camera footage to the police, the nursing home employee was fined. She was also charged with a simple assault and neglect of a care dependent woman. For more, read the story.
