Politicians Release List of Nursing Home Facilities that Fall Short of Health and Safety Standards

State politicians have released a list of nursing home facilities who have a track record of poor care on a repetitive basis. There were also a list of 435 facilities who were not publicly listed as insufficient but nearly made the cut. Among these facilities was a home that was banned from admitting new patients due to its failure to properly investigate, report, and prevent sexual abuse.
