A recent article by the Gazette-Journal for Matthews and Gloucester counties on March 13, 2020, states that hospitals and nursing homes have begun to put in protocols concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.
The coronavirus continues to spread in the commonwealth and Gov. Ralph Northam has declared a state of emergency. Riverside Health System announced its limited visitation
policy at its hospitals, emergency departments, outpatient clinics, and lifelong
health residential facilities. Riverside has implemented several changes concerning visitations include the following at all hospitals, emergency departments, and outpatient.
