A man in Richmond, Virginia has been charged with the murder of his 86 year old roommate in a nursing home facility. Police arrested 65-year-old Lynwood L. Main at the care facility ManorCare Health Services-Imperial in Richmond on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Main has been accused of killing fellow resident Robert Willoughby. Willoughby was pronounced dead on the scene. Main was later charged with second-degree murder.
According to representatives of the nursing home facility, there had been no previously reported issues between the roommates before the events occurred.
