Texas Teens Move Nursing Home Concerts to Zoom

Two sisters previously volunteered at nearby assisted living facilities, bringing their duo talents to share music with residents. They specialized in classical music, performing with the violin, piano, and other instruments for various homes. However, the sisters have not been able to perform since the beginning of COVID-19 in February. After taking some time to come up with a plan, they recently started Zoom Live concerts, sending invitations to local nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

It wasn’t long until multiple facilities took notice and signed up to join the virtual concert. The sisters have regularly performed for over 25 elder care facilities across the country. They titled their concerts “Chords for a Cause.”
