Two lawsuits are in the works for a nursing home with two alleged incidents of resident neglect. According to court documents, a long-time resident of the facility faced “emotional harm” and wrongful death under the care of the nursing home. The claim continues to state the facility failed to notify doctors of the resident’s declining state.
The second lawsuit involves improper administering of residents’ medication. According to a report, one resident at the facility was administered morphine, Zoloft, and other drugs which were intended for the resident’s roommate. For more, read the story.
