Two Nursing Home Employees Charged With Elder Abuse

Two nursing home employees have been charged with elder abuse. The employees were accused of restraining the patient suffering from dementia by duct taping her to a chair. They also duct taped the patient's mouth to keep her quiet. The duct tape was only removed to give the patient sleeping pills.

The two employees were arrested and jailed. One confessed to duct taping the patient. Bail has been set while they wait for a hearing. For more, read the story.
