The wife of a nursing home patient has filed a Complaint for poor quality care of her husband. She alleges he did not receive proper care and stated that the facility was mistreating him. Her final straw came when he was unclothed in the dining area with women around. She did not understand how the facility could allow it.
Because of her complaint she has now been banned from the facility. She has moved her husband to another facility where she is already noticing improvement. Other complaints have arisen about the care offered at the facility after it went under new ownership. For more, read the story.
