A 55-year old woman residing at a nursing home states that she was assaulted by medical team member after he came into her room to draw blood. He then proceeded to do something that completely caught the resident off guard.
According to the police report, the suspect placed his genital on her breasts. The woman, who is weakened by physical ailments, said that she was too weak to push him away from her. She says that she was too shocked to scream for help
The suspect denied the allegations and attempted to place the blame on the resident. When asked if the suspect would submit to a polygraph examination, the suspect declined and then admitted to the assault. For more, read the story.
