A nursing home aide has resigned after being charged with endangering the life of a disabled person. The aide indecently exposed himself to a disabled stroke patient while working at the nursing home. A criminal complaint was filed for his willful violation of the Public Health Law.

Nursing Home Patient Dies, Police Investigate Possible Abuse
Police are investigating the care of a nursing home patient in search of possible abuse. The patient was sent to the hospital and later died. He was left outside for a long period of time, developing second degree burns and suffering dehydration.
